Whether you wish to modify an existing design or create a new heirloom from an inspiration photo, my process is designed to ensure perfection. We begin with a $300 non-refundable CAD fee, which is credited toward your overall estimate. I will then provide a detailed 3D rendering for your approval to ensure every detail is exactly as you imagined. Should a second, distinct CAD be required, a $50 fee applies. Once you approve the design, a 30% deposit is required to initiate the casting and to hand-select your stones. Please allow 3–4 weeks for meticulous design and production. I will send a photo of your finished masterpiece as soon as it is complete, at which time the final balance is due.

Please have your finger sized professionally by a jeweler, do not guess or approximate, as resizing is costly. If a ring requires resizing, I can size it down for a $150 flat fee (1–2 weeks lead time). Sizing up starts at $150 and increases based on the number of sizes added. Resizing for eternity rings varies due to stone requirements; please contact me for a quote.

We take every precaution to ensure your jewelry arrives safely and beautifully. All orders within the USA include Free Shipping. For our international clients, please note that you are responsible for any local customs fees or import taxes required by your country.

Your jewelry will arrive securely packaged in a premium jewelry box, perfect for gifting or safekeeping. If your item includes a Moissanite or gemstone certificate, it will be tucked safely inside the package. Every shipment is handled with the utmost care. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your amazing item is on its way!

To maintain the beauty of your jewelry, we recommend a gentle cleaning with a soft toothbrush, mild soap, and warm water. We strongly advise against ultrasonic cleaners, as they can loosen stone settings and may not be suitable for all gemstones. As this is fine jewelry, please remove your pieces before swimming, the gym, or strenuous labor.

To ensure your heirloom lasts a lifetime, we offer professional inspection, cleaning, and polishing for free once a year for life, you simply cover the shipping. Should our inspection find that a stone replacement or repair is necessary, we will provide a quote before proceeding.

Non-custom items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, subject to a 10% restocking fee. Please contact us for approval and instructions before shipping; damaged or worn items will not be accepted. In the event of a return, shipping charges incurred by the seller are non-refundable.

Custom-made items—including eternity rings, engraved pieces, or any design we have created or revised specifically for you—are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
